Job Summary

Our bar offers hand-crafted cocktails that incorporate fresh juices and ingredients that set us apart from our peers. Our ideal bartenders are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to providing outstanding hospitality for each and every guest. As a bartender, you ensure consistent drink quality by preparing hand-crafted cocktail orders in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with recipes and guidelines established by the Food and Beverage department. You will also maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area in a fast-paced environment while providing superior guest service. Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper prep quantities at all times.
• Effective communication with your teammates.
• Ability to multitask.
• ID guests appropriately.
• Cash handling.
• General bar duties.

Qualifications

• Can obtain any necessary alcohol service licensing requirements
• Prior experience as a bartender preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus and classic cocktail preparation preferred
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time
• Ability to effectively implement the three Cs: coordination, consolidation, and communication
• Ability to abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent hospitality skills
• Accurate math and cash handling skills
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication with guests and coworkers
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
