Job Description
Richardson Contract Furniture, a manufacturer of Office and Institutional Furniture, is currently seeking a full time CAD CNC Technician for our growing organization. The position is responsible for ensuring the timeliness and quality of project and technical information which meets the demand of our Contract Furniture projects.
Duties Include:
- Create or update engineering electronic drawings and engineering specifications using AutoCad software.
- Design and prepare complete and accurate working plan, detailed drawings, layouts for products.
- Gather drawing and specifications, calculating material and equipment requirement and setting up production methods.
- Revise plans and drawing up to comply with customer request.
- Provide technical support with production concerns.
- Provide technical support and interact with customer base.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCad Software experience required.
- Previous woodworking background experience preferred .
- CNC programming experience - AlphaCam or MasterCam.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and positive, collaborative attitude.
- Self motivated, organized and detail oriented.
