Job Summary:
Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN (as needed) In Home Caregiver in Fairchild, WI. This individual contributor role will provide essential assistance to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in caregiving and have a passion for helping others. This is a part-time hourly position, with a pay range of $15 to $20 per hour, paid semi-monthly.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to clients in their homes, which may include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with medication reminders and administration, as directed by the client's healthcare team
- Support clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments or errands
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure the best possible care for clients
- Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations for home care services
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their overall well-being

Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness to undergo training and professional development as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
