The ideal candidate will have a fun and outgoing personality and will welcome new and existing customers to the brand. We have over 1000 franchise locations and are still growing.

• Both full and part-time positions available.
• $14-17 starting pay based on experience and availability.
• Monday-Friday morning and afternoon availability is preferred.
• Weekend availability preferred. 
• Position receives both cash and card tips.

CREW MEMBER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
• Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café.
• Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
• No grease or fryers.
