Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Lead Security Guard at Charlie Mike Protective Services, you will:

• Work various security details such as: Hostile Terminations, Workplace Violence, Asset Recovery/Delivery, Close Protection and more.
• Assist security guards with operational questions and concerns.
• Assist with employee performance reviews.
• Interact with current and potential security clients.
• Enforce company policies and procedures through counseling's and/or progressive discipline.

Qualifications and Skills:

To thrive in this role, you must possess:

• A valid Arizona armed/unarmed guard license.
• A valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional security or law enforcement training is a plus).
• 5 years of experience in security operations, armed security, military combat, military police, or law enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response tactics.
• Exceptional judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Physical fitness for demanding tasks and agility.
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
• Strong attention to Details
• Must have good spoken and written English.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends (if necessary).
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.
