Client Account Executive

Purpose: Drive overall client satisfaction and site compliance through communication, compliance, and training to meet contractual obligations and exceed client and company expectations.

Work Location: Field (client site locations) Attire: Business (suit & tie) Reports to: Regional Vice President through Division Leader Compensation: $85-90K

Responsibilities

  • Client Meetings
  • Schedule client meetings to discuss performance, staffing, training, and overall expectations.​
  • Document each client meeting to ensure that the client's needs are documented and addressed by utilizing the Client Success Report in Lighthouse.
  • Send client and regional leadership an email Recap of the meeting.
  • Site Compliance
  • Ensure all staff are in compliance with Arrow Security's protocols and the client's policies and procedures. ​
  • Inspect uniforms, equipment & vehicles (if applicable).
  • Post Order Compliance
  • Reinforce post orders to ensure that each officer has a full understanding of what is expected on site.
  • Uniform Compliance
  • Inspect each officer on-site to ensure proper uniform compliance. Document and order any additional items that are needed at the site. ​
  • Training
  • Ensure that all staff assigned to client sites are trained as per the company and client guidelines.​
  • Supervision of Operations Team
  • Will ensure operation managers complete the following tasks successfully:
  • Open Shift Reduction
  • Overtime Reduction
  • Disciplinary Action
  • Compliance
  • Training
  • KPI Reporting
  • Account Executives will be held accountable for their weekly performance KPI's that will include:
  • Open Shifts (Master)
  • Open Shifts (Working)........Under 3%
  • Overtime...Under 5% with goal of under 3%
  • eHub %...................................Over 90%
  • Client Visits....10-15 per week (quality over quantity)
  • Account Score (SVP will develop a process to score each account)

Qualifications

  • Ten (10) years' experience in the security industry as a manager and a minimum Three (3) years' experience managing client relations, or
  • Minimum Five (5) years' experience managing client relations in the security industry or a related field and Five (5) years' sales experience.
  • Ability to report to work daily and get around NYC
  • Reliable transportation
