OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE:
The Deposit Operations Associate serves as a vital point of contact for
customers. The position is responsible for answering customer questions
concerning account balances, etc. The position assists with digital banking
questions and provides support for staff within the department.
We are seeking a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal
skills. Applicants should have banking service or customer service experience.

• Assist customers with account questions.
• Review internal reports for accuracy.
• Help customers with online banking functions.
• Provide exceptional customer service verbally over the phone and in
person.
• Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Sales experience, cash handling, customer service, bank, or other
financial service provider experience is preferred.
• Previous banking or teller experience and cash handling experience is
preferred.
