How You Will Make an Impact:

We are looking for a Deli Associate for our Robinhood Rd. location. Depending on your assigned station, you may be responsible for answering the phone and taking orders, expediting orders, or salad and sandwich preparation. Some typical tasks would be:

Salad & Sandwich Prep:

• Stock stations with ingredients and refill as needed; portion out sides into containers.
• Prepare and package salads and sandwiches according to set recipes.

Customer Service/Phones:

• Assist customers over the phone by providing information and suggestions about menu items and catering offerings and taking orders.
• During down times, prep paper goods (catering boxes, sandwich paper, stickers for containers, etc.) as well as par out salad dressings and sauces.

Expediting:

• Pull orders together, ensuring the food is up to standard and correct condiments and paper goods are included.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including stepping in to other roles, as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Food service experience preferred
• Able to follow directions and work independently
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Experience with food prep a plus
• Reliable transportation

The Good Stuff:

• Base pay + tip share is guaranteed to be at least an average of $15/hr
