Job Description
Summary:
Responsible for providing facility maintenance and inspections at Bridgeway facility or location as directed, to include general maintenance, plumbing, heating, a/c, electrical, carpentry and yard cleanup. Scheduling and meeting vendors at all locations. Responsible for being available and or present at HUD inspections and reviews. Will maintain all keys and locks for our Galesburg, Monmouth, Beijing, Normal, Macomb and Kewanee facilities, maintain a spreadsheet of keys assigned to whom and the retention of keys for employees that have left Bridgeway, Inc. Review all key requests and lock work orders and coordinates with contractor when needed.
Assist with the maintenance of the Company's vehicles as requested
Maintenance will consist of making repairs or additions to existing facilities or grounds, and related equipment.
Inspections of Bridgeway facilities, and equipment. Assist with the vehicle fleet as needed.
Maintain Bridgeway locations free from snow and ice hazards including removal at some locations.
Direct and oversee laborers as needed.

Education and Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience or training.
