Your day as a Part-Time Help Desk Support Specialist

As a Part-Time Help Desk Intern at EDRAY, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of IT support and customer service. Availability to commit to a part-time schedule of 20-25 hours per week is necessary, with flexibility to accommodate academic obligations. Additionally, a basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and the ability to apply them in practical scenarios will be beneficial. As a customer service-oriented individual, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial to delivering exceptional support to our clients.
