NovaCare is looking for an energetic and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our exclusive client in Hayes Road, Shelby Township, MI.
{Work directly for the dental office}
Pay: $22/Hour (Depending on your skill and experience)
Schedule:
Mon 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Tues 9:00 - 6:00 Wed 8:00 - 5;00
Thurs 8:00 - 5:00 Fri 8:00 - 2:00
3rd Sat of the month 8:00 - 2:00
Description:
The Dental Front Office Receptionist performs clerical and patient services tasks required for:
- Greeting
- Registering
- Making patients feel welcomed
- Utilizing customer service skills
- Entering and confirming billing accurately
- Calling clients to confirm next-day appointments
- Answering incoming calls and providing assistance
- Processing of scheduled and unscheduled patients
Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 3 years experience as a DENTAL RECEPTIONIST. Do not apply if you haven’t worked at any dental office as a front desk executive.
- All employees are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
