Food Service Assistant Manager

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT MANAGER

Your main responsibilities will include planning and coordinating the activities of our crew members and shift leads. You will ensure that our team members are efficiently assigned tasks and that they have the necessary resources to carry out their duties effectively. In addition, you will be responsible for evaluating money orders to ensure accuracy and proper accounting. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining financial integrity and transparency. You will also be responsible for evaluating inventory levels and placing orders when necessary, ensuring that our restaurant is well-stocked and equipped to meet customer demand. Another important aspect of your role will be tracking and managing timecards for our staff. You will ensure that accurate and timely records of employee hours are maintained, which will contribute to smooth payroll processing and adherence to labor regulations.

Here's what we need from you:

• 2+ years of quick service management
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position

Preferred:

• Food safety certification
• Business knowledge and experience
