YOUR SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, with the possibility of additional weekend hours.

YOUR DAY

As a Behavior Technician - RBT, you receive thorough training and strong support from our team. Your schedule fits around our clients' needs, with daytime and after-school options available. Each day, you help kids learn at home, one-on-one. You work on building their skills with guidance from our expert behavior analyst. In this BT position, you have all the tools you need to do a great job. From materials to help with learning, to techniques for behavior improvement, you stay committed to keeping our services top-notch.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children ages 0-18 in a classroom OR a 1:1 setting
• Experience implementing the principles of applied behavior analysis
• Educational, speech, or allied health services experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• A willingness and ability to travel between different job sites
• Qualified and eager to conduct sessions in-home and/or school-based settings

Preferred Qualifications:

• RBT certification
• 40-hour ABA course certified
• Tricare certified
• 1+ years of experience in ABA, a childcare setting, teaching, special needs, and or other professional experience with children and/or children with disabilities
• 1+ years of experience as a paraprofessional
• Bachelor's in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field
