Join Our Team: Seeking a Skilled Head of Maintenance
The Fairfield by Marriott hotel is in search of an experienced and dedicated Head of Maintenance to oversee our facility’s upkeep and ensure our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team to perform routine inspections and repairs.
- Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of hotel equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget.
- Coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Certification in a relevant field is a plus.
