Elba Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking to hire Speech Language Pathologist to provide patient centered Speech Therapy for patients in our long-term care facilities in Elba, AL

This Speech Therapy position offers a very competitive hourly wage for the region commensurate with experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLGIST

As a Speech Language Pathologist at a long-term care facility, you arrive each day happy to work for a practice that gives you the time and support to get real results for your patients. You love the collaborative spirit at Elba Nursing and Rehab where you have ample opportunities to learn and develop into a better therapist. You use your knowledge of developmental factors specific to adult and geriatric residents to plan and deliver the best individualized care for each of your patients whether challenged with orthopedic issues, neurological diseases, or complex medical conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

  • Master degree or higher from an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Current ASHA Certification
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation facilities
