Job Description

Position Summary: Responsible for servicing and building relationships with the guests, paying, and verifying hand-pay jackpots, inputting and verifying guest related data, and performing minor repairs on HHR machines.

1. Provides next-level guest service to internal and external guests. Demonstrates #AddLife culture
in all interactions with guests and co-workers.
2. Responsible for fostering an environment of support and motivation for Team Members.
3. Maintains complete confidentiality of company and guest related information.
4. Punctual to all meetings with a positive attitude and openly participates.
5. Ensures compliance with approved procedures.
6. Protects company assets by adhering to company policies and all state and regulatory
compliance including but not limited to, internal controls, policies and procedures, and responsible
gaming.
7. Processes jackpots, and hand pays, in accordance with policies
8. Ensures gaming terminals are operating properly; promptly calls for technical or supervisory
assistance when necessary.
9. Changes ticket paper within the terminals.
10. Must be comfortable with inputting and verifying data during jackpot procedures.
11. Handles guest relations and minor guest disputes.
12. Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs on gaming terminals during down time.
13. Notifies shift supervisor of irregularities in customers’ play.
14. Maintains a clean and safe environment and performs all job duties in a safe and responsible
manner.
15. Acts in the capacity of other positions on an as needed basis.
16. Keeps position supervisor informed of relevant activities on the gaming floor.
17. Other duties as assigned.

Regulatory and Compliance Responsibilities: In addition to the other duties described herein, each Team Member has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations.
• Attend required training sessions offered by the Company.
• Obtain and retain required license(s).
• Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas,
drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
• Retain knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the
Team Member’s department.
• Have knowledge of the Property’s programs to address problem gaming.
• Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge.


Position Qualifications: High School diploma or GED certificate. Customer service experience preferred. Ability to work in an environment exposed to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels and varied light levels including flashing lights.


Work Environment: The noise level is loud when on the gaming floor. Candidate will be exposed to smoke when on the gaming floor.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Virginia Racing Commission License
