We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 20 employees and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and effectively. The Production Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing production processes, and promoting a safe work environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet production targets and customer demands.
  • Train, mentor, and coach production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, inventory levels, and employee attendance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and machinery.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Working hours: 11pm-7:30AM
