```Role
As a CNC Machinist/Programmer - Mill (also known as CNC Mill Operator, CNC Programmer), you'll be responsible for performing set-ups, program edits/programming, and operation of 3, 4, and 5 axis mills. You'll oversee production operations to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to quality standards, inspect the work using precision measurement instruments, and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Mill Department.
