Role Summary:
We are seeking empathetic caregivers to join our Nevada team and positively impact the lives of our clients. As a member of Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you will play a crucial role in promoting the independence and well-being of individuals within the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care tailored to each client's individual care plan
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support physical well-being through mobility assistance, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding in accordance with dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support through engaging conversations and activities
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and other outings as required
• Document care provided and promptly report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each client

Requirements and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and personal care tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if necessary for client transportation)
