Qualified candidates must have the following....

• NJ CHHA License (valid New Jersey State Certified Home Health Aide License)
• Access to reliable transportation
• Criminal background check & Drug Test required
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Ability to provide personal or professional references
• Proof of TB test taken within the last year showing clear results
• Fully Vaccinated

• Available Shifts: Tuesday & Thursday 10a-2p AND Saturday 3p-7p
• Client Details: Male, lives in Berlin NJ
• Care Needed: has Vascular Dementia, assist with grooming, eating and moderate assistance with transfers, talkative and thrives on engagement
