Responsible for handling all aspects of the accounts payable process from receiving invoices to posting them in our accounting software, reconciling statements and general accounting duties with payables. The use of Microsoft Outlook for emails, Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro are all used in different areas of the job.
The receptionist duties would include answering and transferring phone calls, handling incoming and outgoing mail, care of plants and common area and ordering office supplies and handling copier and scanner repairs. Various other administrative tasks.

Education and Experience
- Accounting experience or Associates of Accounting Degree a plus
- Proficient in Outlook Email, Excel, Word, and Adobe Pro
