What We Expect

• You'll work hard and be willing to learn what you don't know
• You'll have reliable transportation to get to the the office/shop, on time, each day
• You're a real Scout: Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind...
• No smoking or chewing tobacco in vehicles or on job sites
• Willing and able to work 20-30 hours per week during peak season
• Meet company standards and requirements & comply with all safety rules & regulations
• Properly use and maintain all equipment
• Ability to pass a background check
