Warehouse Order Picker

Using RF equipment picker will rapidly and accurately pick order/shipments to allow for prompt fulfillment and meet daily processing targets, customer requirements and company goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Pick and stage shipments
• Clean and maintain area assigned daily
• Communicate well with colleagues across departments, maintain frequent communications with all involved parties
• Maintain accurate inventory counts, using proper computer and equipment record-keeping
• Complete assignments in time allotted
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Operate forklift to pull large volume and palatalize products
• Support general warehouse operations, receiving, and shipping as needed
• Support fan conventions and trade shows as assigned and available
• Attend regular meetings, report on progress, identify problems, and recommend solutions
• Provide regular reporting to management
• Keep a positive, motivated attitude towards work and tasks assigned
• Follow established protocols, maintaining a safety-first mentality
• Other requests as specified from time to time

• Minimum 3 years distribution or warehouse operations experience
• Forklift Certified
• Strong communications skills
• Problem solving mentality
• Capacity to lead and motivate others to project completion
• Ability to work well on a team
• Meticulous, detail oriented, and hard working
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills to oversee and prioritize projects and meet deadlines
