Role
As a Production Team Leader (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Team Leader), you'll assist with daily operations, improve safety and quality, and increase operational uptime and efficiency. You'll also train and coach team members, ensuring safety and productivity in the manufacturing environment.

- High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.
- Three or more years of related manufacturing experience. Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, etc.
- Experience with basic computer systems.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines while performing multiple duties.
- Proficient in forklift operation, with a valid license.
