Force Home Services Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing of Denton, TX is looking for a full-time CSR - Dispatch Services to join our office team. This HVAC & plumbing dispatch position works a schedule of Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm and pays an industry-competitive wage with the potential for overtime hours. Force Home Services, formerly known as Air Force Mechanical, has come a long way since its inception in 1998. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR - DISPATCHER

Your primary goal as a CSR in dispatch services is to ensure ultimate scheduling efficiency. Maximizing time and mileage, you work hard to ensure that customer service expectations are exceeded. You spend your workday in the office on the phone or computer thriving in a fast-paced office environment. Through phone calls, you inform clients of arrival times or any potential delays. You happily adjust for any rescheduling needs. As an efficient dispatcher, you organize the days and weeks ahead in order to not fall behind schedule. Your demeanor is friendly and capable as you converse with clients and dispatch calls to technicians. You leave work each day knowing you played a vital role in our company's success!

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No industry experience required
• Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Internet platforms proficiency
• Must live within 10-15 miles of our location
• Some customer service experience is preferred
