Pay Range

The pay range for this position is between $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to provide support services for the supply chain functions including buying, planning, manufacturing and logistics. Net Suite data analysis, report generation along with job shadowing of key leaders. This position reports up through the Vice President of Operations.

This role is 100% On-Site, Monday - Friday 8 hours/day (excluding lunch break). Overtime, weekends and holidays may be required. Flexible start time between 7:00 am - 9:00 am with a consistent schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Execute purchasing of raw materials per SOP and cGMP guidelines, plan production activities, enter material master data in ERP system, learn and assist in how orders move through the process, assist in manufacturing of products, pull report data from the ERP system and convert it into a meaningful set of KPIs.

  • Assist with coordination of key releases of materials and products by working with cross functional teams, e.g. QC and QA.

  • Directly contributes to daily functions as assigned for a duration of time (intent is to rotate through 2 or 3 disciplines during the internship)

Education and Experience Requirements
  • 2nd or 3rd year student, enrolled in an accredited university majoring in business administration degree program, supply chain or related field
  • Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher

  • Being able to carry out everyday responsibilities with meticulous attention, juggling multiple tasks independently, adapting readily, collaborating across departments, and adjusting priorities when necessary are all essential skills.

  • An affinity for learning functions within the supply chain and ability to remain flexible, work cross-functionally and shift priorities as needed

  • The ability to work effectively and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

  • Well-developed oral communication, written and listening skills

  • Leverage ERP System for reporting and analytics

  • High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Knowledge and experience using MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

  • Effective communication and organizational skills

  • A self-starter with attention to detail
  • Positive and collaborative disposition
