Position Overview:

The Operations Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for making sure that the supply needs, which include vehicles, trucks, equipment, tools, materials, and other supplies, are fulfilled for upcoming field operation projects. This position directly supervises and works with Operations Fulfillment employees.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Operations Fulfillment employees, which includes hiring, training, giving direction, conducting reviews, determining compensation, and administering progressive discipline.
  • Wash and detail trucks and equipment.
  • Check fluids on all trucks, tractors, and other equipment.
  • Conduct visual inspection checks on trucks, trailers and machinery and report any issues to shift mechanic.
  • Grease equipment and vehicles.
  • Fuel equipment.
  • Move heavy equipment on company property.
  • Load equipment and vehicles.
  • Secure vehicles and equipment by chaining and strapping, etc.
  • Complete tasks on scheduling software for the next day's projects.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness around the facilities and property.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years lead/supervisory experience.
  • Able to perform work in a safe manner.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Able to be flexible with the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Ability to operate large equipment (such as excavators, bulldozers, tractors, skid loaders).
  • Demonstrates truthfulness, accountability and honesty with managers and supervisors.
  • Demonstrated success with living the company's values of passion for the mission to "Heal the Earth", craftsmanship, innovation, grit, and positivity.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, reach and move as needed.
  • Must be able to drive different types of vehicles and equipment.
  • Exposure to gasoline vapors and other mechanics fluids.
  • Must be able to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and extreme cold.

Specifics:

  • 2:00pm-10:00pm Sunday thru Thursday evenings. (Possibility of longer days, if willing and able, to ensure the equipment is ready for the following days' operations).
  • Full-time 40 hours/week - Overtime after 40 hours. (The possibility for Friday work is available, as well.)
  • $26.00 - $32.00/hr depending on experience etc.
