Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Emlenton, PA location. The LPN will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to clients undergoing drug and alcohol detoxification and residential treatment. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction and contribute to their journey towards recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nursing assessments and screenings to determine client needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and behavior closely to assess response to treatment and identify any potential complications.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and support services.
- Provide education to patients about addiction, recovery, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to program development.

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to patient care.
