As a Rice Real Estate Services Agent, you will be responsible for working with owners to sell or lease their properties and with buyers or tenants to help them purchase or lease properties. In this role your will meet regularly with owners or buyer representatives, employees, local/state/federal officials, attorneys and financiers to develop and deploy professional and ethical tactics to assist in the purchase, disposition or leasing of an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor throughout daily interactions with owners, customers, public officials, and all RRES and RCI personnel.
- Represent buyers/sellers/tenants in their pursuit of buying/selling/leasing real estate
- Determine/research and present the best options for buyers/sellers/lessors/lessees
- Promote RRES and RCI within the Central Minnesota community
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Must possess active Minnesota real estate salesperson or broker license
- Valid driver’s license
- Microsoft office proficient
- Must be able to verbalize with clients and have the ability to assemble leases and purchase agreements
- Possess the ability to receive and implement direction
- Work independently
- Demonstrate ability to read and interpret basis balance sheet and income statements
- Self-starter, highly motivated and goal-oriented individual
