We are seeking a Juice Bar Team Member to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
We are a local family owned and operated small business here on Oahu, Hawaii! We do orders in shop, online, on phone and curbside. We also do deliveries to all hotels in the Waikiki area with UberEats, GrubHub, DoorDash & BiteSquad. We are open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm, serving the best gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, fresh fruit smoothies, coffee frappes, soups, salads, gourmet sweet grilled sandwiches, fruit salads and parfaits. We have just opened up our new shop in Ala Moana center (level one parking, close by the Makai food court entrance).
