Job Description
We are seeking a temporary Administrative Admin/Leasing Agent to join a successful property management company in Orange Cove, CA!
Compensation: $21-$22/hr
Job Requirements:
- Provide information about rental units, including features, amenities, and lease terms
- Assist prospective tenants with the application process and ensure all required documentation is collected
- Conduct background and credit checks on potential tenants
- Maintain accurate records of rental units, including vacancies, rent payments, and maintenance requests
Job Qualifications:
- Have high school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in leasing or administration
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen & background
- Be a self starter & professional
