General Contractor with extensive industry experience in delivering projects successfully in the Raleigh-Durham area and an excellent reputation.

Projects that they cover include: Mixed Use, Life Sciences, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education and Public work with a strong focus on interiors work and ground up construction.

They are now looking for an experienced Corporate Interiors Superintendent from an established commercial General Contractor to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Day to day supervision of job site and subcontractor management
• Working with the Project Manager to prepare the project schedule.
• Reporting on the project status
• Ensure safety on site and enforce policies and procedures as required
• Assess material requirements and proactively manage procurement needs to ensure projects are running smoothly and on time
• Quality control and quality assurance
• Analyze manpower requirements on site and make recommendations to increase/decrease staff as required
• Successful project close out

Experience Required

• At least 5 years of industry experience working for a reputable General Contractor in commercial construction
• Successful completion of several interior commercial projects
• Clear track record of delivering projects safely
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership and problem solving skills
