We are looking for a highly talented Food & Beverage Director for a beautiful resort property with a large conference center. Extremely generous benefits with a salary of $60,000-$70,000.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, motivate, and hold accountable a team of professionals
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Maintain high standards for all campus food and beverage operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as a Food & Beverage Director
- High energy and enthusiasm for entire team
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
