Job Description: Lead Management Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Lead Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate qualification and management of job leads, maintaining meticulous records, and enhancing customer relationships through professional communication. The successful candidate will be pivotal in optimizing our lead management process and ensuring effective collaboration across our sales and marketing teams. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) proficient and will work closely as well as oversee third party lead companies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Qualification and Management:
○ Accurately take job leads, using company-approved scripts to gather comprehensive information.
○ Qualify leads for estimators, detailing all relevant job information in the notes on Google Calendar appointments and AccuLynx entries.
○ Maintain a log of all leads sorted by month and estimator, ensuring data integrity in case of software issues.
● Software and System Proficiency:
○ Become adept in using all company-approved platforms, including AccuLynx, Google Calendar, and various lead generation websites like Networx, Home Advisor, and Facebook Advertising.
○ Ensure all communication tools, including telephone setups with approved voicemail and busy messages, are effectively managed.
● Communication and Professionalism:
○ Handle all communications with professionalism, respecting team members and maintaining confidentiality.
○ Address public criticism appropriately and adhere to company policies regarding professional conduct.
● Data Management and Reporting:
○ Compile weekly reports by the end of business Wednesday, detailing lead sources, appointment ratios, and reimbursement requests.
○ Collaborate with colleagues to refine reporting methods and ensure accurate payroll computations.
● Performance Monitoring:
○ Regularly assess the effectiveness of lead sources and advertising strategies to optimize marketing expenditures and improve lead-to-appointment ratios.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Education: High school diploma required; further education or certification in business administration, sales, or related fields preferred.
● Experience: Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role with responsibilities for data entry and lead management.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO, CRM software (specifically AccuLynx), Google Calendar, and various digital marketing platforms.
● Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a team-oriented attitude.
● Other Requirements: Ability to follow scripts and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Must demonstrate reliability in managing confidential information and adhere to strict deadlines.
Evaluation Metrics:
● Quality of lead qualification and information extraction.
● Accuracy and timeliness of data entry.
● Effectiveness in script application and customer relationship management.
● Team cooperation and problem-solving capabilities.
This position reports directly to the President and coordinates closely with sales teams and administrative staff to drive lead conversion and maintain high standards of operational efficiency.
