Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation on specified projects. A true multi tasker who enjoys working through the nuances of a construction project while providing unsurpassed customer service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects to meet timelines of projects.
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors with quality and timeliness.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Work with Project Manager to complete projects, within specified budgets to meet company stated revenue and expense goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with working in the field and Buildertrend software experience a plus
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
