On-Site Manager

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Onsite Manager to oversee our employees at our West Point, GA site. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and staffing to meet the client's needs, conducting weekly orientation classes, and managing payroll and timekeeping for employees. On non-training days, you will report to our Opelika Office to recruit for upcoming classes. Please note that this is an on-call position in case of incidents after hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and staff employees to meet client requirements.

Conduct weekly orientation classes and track attendance.

Manage payroll and timekeeping for employees.

Maintain a positive and productive relationship with the client.

On non-training days, report to the Opelika Office for recruiting activities.

Qualifications:

• High School education or higher.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Some experience in timekeeping and payroll (training will be provided).

Work Environment: The position requires flexibility, as it involves both on-site management in West Point, GA, and recruiting activities at the Opelika Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
