What’s a typical day as a Receptionist? You’ll be:
• Answering multi-line telephone and transferring calls appropriately
• Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person and answering or referring inquiries
• Electronically distributing daily mail
• Performing closing duties for main phone line, dishwasher, lobby, and Executive coffee station
• Entering and receiving office supply orders
• Organizing and maintaining Corporate office storage areas, mailroom, and lobby
• Scheduling new hire introductions for Executives
• Handling email correspondence of some Sales documents to Customers
• Maintaining employee directories and travel itineraries
• Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring visitor logbook, creating and issuing visitor badges, etc.
• Providing general clerical support to various departments as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have administrative support or Reception experience
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and familiar with One Drive and SharePoint
• Have accurate proofreading and grammar skills with strong attention to detail
• Can work independently and handle numerous responsibilities at once
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a friendly and welcoming disposition, adjust promptly and calmly to change/pressure, work well as part of a team, and possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact when dealing with different cultures
