Job Description: TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking Dispatcher with minimum 2 years of experience. Candidate will responsible for customer service/operational dispatching. Will take calls from customers looking for drivers for loads, communicate with drivers on jobs, and collect information needed to submit for billing. Must have heavy knowledge in trucking. Experience in Microsoft Excel required, strong communication skills, self-starter, and ability to work in fast-pace environment. Bilingual in Spanish/English is required.
JD:
- Operations/Customer Service Dispatch
- Takes calls from customers or Calls customers looking for loads when drivers are available
- Communicates job to drivers
- Take calls from drivers when there are service or mechanical problems and help them deal with problem and can make arrangements to finish load
- Ensures paperwork from drivers is in proper order before passing on to billing
- Contacts customers to obtain original or corrected tickets
- Has worked in or has heavy knowledge of the Trucking business
- Able to work independently
- Willing to reach out to current customers and mine for added loads
- Able to think on their feet
- Willing to work outside of the box to get a load done
- Working remote after routine is established, can be discussed
- Enter load information into Excel (data only, not calculate)
