POULTRY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR 2nd Shift *Paid Relocation to Virginia!

Are you an experienced Production Supervisor 1st or 2nd processing poultry or other protein experience in a plant looking to make a career move?

As a Production Supervisor do you have extensive experience leading a team in poultry or other protein processing?

The client has some excellent opportunities for experienced Production Supervisors with at least two years in poultry processing in a supervisory role.

They are seeking a POULTRY-INDUSTRY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR and at least 4 years (including your current employment) -and relocation is available for qualified candidates for the listed location. This role is 2nd shift.

REQUIREMENTS

Successful candidates will have previous poultry processing and supervisory experience. Individuals applying should meet one of the following criteria:

• 4 or more years of supervisory experience in poultry processing preferably in 2nd processing and/or cut-up though other protein-processing experience may meet this requirement. An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred though not required.

• Cut-up and Cryovac experience are highly desirable.

• Familiarity with HACCP, SPC and plant efficiencies as it relates to yield, lbs./birds pmh, line speeds and automatic process equipment.
• Candidates must already live within a commutable distance the Salisbury, Maryland, area OR be able to relocate in a timely fashion of one month or less to that area with relocation assistance.

• Candidates are required to have PERMANENT unrestricted legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent Green Card resident, etc.).
