Machine Operator

Twin City Staffing is seeking a reliable individual to join our team as a machine operator in our powder mixing room in Blaine, MN. If you have experience in chemical blending and are committed to maintaining high-quality standards, this role could be an excellent fit for you. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm

Location: Blaine, MN

Wage: $18 - $22/hr.

Responsibilities of the machine operator:

• Measure and mix ingredients according to basic recipes
• Operate mixers, blenders, and bagging machines
• Pour chemicals into machines and remove as necessary
• Lift and move buckets, powders, and drums weighing up to 50 lbs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the powder mixing room
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses

Qualifications of the machine operator:

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude; experience changing oil or similar mechanical tasks 
• Previous manufacturing experience 
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus; must be willing to undergo training if not experienced
