$18/hr with Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
CLAIMS PROCESSOR
- Coordinate and support the processing and handling of claims
- Act as a liaison between claimants, vendors, agents and dealerships
- Interpret warranty and service contracts, coverage and claim resolutions/issues
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners including agents, dealerships, accounts and sales team
- Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills
- Experience with Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) is a PLUS
AUTOMOTIVE experience is a PLUS
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of warranty, claims, call center and customer service experience
- Must have experience with Word and Excel
- High School Diploma / GED
