Job Description
Arena Staffing is hiring an experienced Solar Canopy Installer with installation knowledge in the commercial carports. The right candidate will be responsible for installing all aspects of a carport from site preparation, placing support structure, concrete and structure assembly.
$25-$30/HR Pay Rate
Installing of canopy structure only, not responsible for solar panel installation or electrical.
Carport Installer Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, hand tools, fabrication, basic math, and power tools
- Experience with crane operation, calipers, sheet metal work, micrometers.
- Knowledge of rigging, mechanical systems, pipe threading, manufacturing processes, ductwork, construction practices, forklift operation, machining, soldering, and interpreting schematics.
- Scissor lift certification.
- Reach fork lift certification.
