Description of Role:
We are seeking several highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Data entry of accounts payable (AP) into QuickBooks or SAGE
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Maintain and order office supplies
• Maintain contact lists

Skills & Requirements:

• 2 years of administrative experience or in a similar role in the plumbing industry
• Must have Accounting experience with QuickBooks
• High school diploma or equivalent
