Maintenance(Application Equipment)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow all established personnel and safety policies and procedures

2. Maintain and repair company owned equipment and facilities

3. Acquire and maintain knowledge and understanding of the computer-controlled process in facilities

4. Must have the ability to read wiring schematics and blueprints

5. Have a working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems

6. Attend training as directed by Maintenance Manager & Safety Director

7. Assist locations and departments in-season as needed

8. Design and installation of ammonia facilities

Travel: The position may require travel to Effingham Equity facilities, meetings and seminars.

Work Environment: While performing daily duties the employee will be sitting at a desk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. May require extended hours.

· High School diploma or GED required

· Must have a good driving record and have a CDL

· Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with management and employees

· Possess a self-motivating personality as well as team building skills

· Have arc welding, wire welding, and/or torch welding experience
