General Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance for Fireplaces, Hot Tubs and Swimming Pools
• Maintain material and supply inventory required for completion of service jobs
• Routine maintenance required for swimming pools, hot tubs and fireplaces

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Maintain accurate reports for inventory and job requirements
• Current drivers license required
