Front Desk Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Military Front Desk Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong understanding of military protocol, support group organizations, and family systems within a military setting. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse population.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the front desk administrator for the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC).
Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients, both in person and over the phone.
Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Maintain confidential records and files in accordance with military regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the center.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 college credit hours in social work or social services is highly desirable; or
• Minimum of one-year experience working in an M&FRC or a similar helping service agency environment
• Basic understanding of military protocol and support group organizations
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse population.
• Good record of punctuality and attendance
• Compliance with reasonable dress and grooming standards
