Job Summary:
The Customer Support Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: $45,000 – 50,000

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and/or emails
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of golf products or consumer goods experience is a plus
- Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office
