Ophthalmologist Office Manager
Location: Farragut, TN
Pay Rate:$16-$20 DOE
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm Friday 8:00am-1:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all functions of office
- Complete task as needed
- Assist with insurance filling for glasses
- Data Entry
- Answer phones and customer questions as needed
- Scheduling for office
- Perform various other task as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 Years of experience in an medical office setting
- Knowledge of insurance filling process and ability to look up customer coverage
- Ability to assist with chart files both digital and paper
- Friendly and professional demeaner
