2nd shift premium $2.25 per hour!
Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm, overtime as required.
Auburn Gear, LLC is a leading designer and manufacturer of custom engineered wheel drives, axle drive components, and specialty drives and solutions for diverse mobile equipment applications.
We are seeking a qualified individual for CNC Machining opportunities on 2nd shift. Successful candidates will perform all set-up and machining requirements to fabricate the customer’s needs. (See below for more details.)

CNC Operator
Essential Duties, Skills & Responsibilities:
- Operation and set-up of machining centers and lathes
- Ability to change and maintain tooling.
- Ability to analyze and solve issues.
- Ability to read blueprints, operations sheets, industrial drawings and understand mechanical systems.
- Understand gauges and measuring devices.
- Ability to accurately perform mathematical computations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, also basic knowledge of percentages and decimals as related to manufacturing.
- Use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Maintains safe work practices.
- Detail oriented, professional attitude and self-starter.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- CNC machining experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting 40lbs or more
- Able to bend, twist, push & pull, stand for prolonged periods of time.
