Stan Koch & Sons Trucking, one of the Midwest's Premier Truckload Carriers is continuing to grow and is looking to add to its staff an experienced Driver Manager. This position works with assigned drivers, freight and equipment in a manner that provides quality customer service, full equipment utilization and driver productivity in the most efficient, economical and safest manner. While satisfying these goals, the Driver Manager also strives to fulfill the needs of the individual drivers assigned to them.

Monday - Friday, 1st shift (hybrid option available)

Starting at $62,500+ (negotiable based on experience)

What does this job look like daily?

• Manage a team of up to 25 truck drivers, assigning loads and monitoring their performance
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and DOT regulations, as well as company policies
• Monitor driver mileage and hours of service to optimize utilization and productivity
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, brokers, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with backhaul specialists to meet requirements
• Provide recommendations on driver performance, evaluation, discipline, and termination
• Manage driver schedules, pay, time off, and other administrative tasks
